Grenada Food Pantry

Distribution for the Grenada Food Pantry is this Saturday, July 26th from 8:00 until 10:00 a.m. Bagging will be Thursday starting at 9:00 until complete.

Please note that this will be a VERY BUSY Saturday!!! This is the first month in our new fiscal year and ALL recipients must be re-registered so there will be a lot of people signing new applications and we WILL NEED YOUR HELP!!! We only had roughly 300 people come to our special recertification day that was held on July 9th – so that means there are 700 or so that have not been recertified!!

If you are volunteering, please be there by 7:45 a.m. Saturday morning.

Distribution for the Food Pantry will be this Saturday, June 28th starting at 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Come join us as we feed our neighbors who need our help! If you can be there at 7:45 to help that would be great!

Bagging will be Thursday, the 26th starting at 9:00 and will go til finished.
Also, we will have our annual “Recertification Day” on Wednesday, July 9th from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. If you would like to volunteer to help take applications for all of our recipients, please let us know…

We have our Christmas distribution this Saturday (12-21) at the Food Pantry starting at 8:00 and going til 10:00. Volunteers – please get there by 7:45. TODAY – bagging up the groceries starts at 9:00 a.m. until completed.

And – if you are unable to make it this week – all of us at the Grenada Food Pantry wish you a most blessed and Merry Christmas!!!! We could NOT do it without you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Next Saturday, November 16th will be our Thanksgiving distribution day. We always do our distribution in November and December on the third Saturday. We will start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 10:00 a.m. Bagging will be Thursday from 9:00 until complete. We need help again this month on bagging day so please consider coming out to help if you are available!! If you are volunteering on Saturday, please arrive about 7:30 to 7:45.

At this time of year, we are reminded of all of our blessings. We thank each of you for your part in helping the Food Pantry. If you can’t come, that’s ok – just say a prayer for us that God will continue to bless us! We surely could not help the people of Grenada who are hungry without you!!
